RIM Governance Organization Development
Design a RIM Organization for program implementation and ongoing support and maintenance. Design includes overall structure, resources, roles and responsibilities. Identification and training of division and functional Record Coordinators as part of the overall structure. Develop 90-day Task Plans for the RCs identify specific tasks and training to be completed to help fast-track program implementation and support.
Creation of other program foundation elements includes RIM Program website design and supporting RIM Process and Procedures for paper and electronic records. RIM program Audit Planning and checklists for use by the RIM Organization or Internal Audit are designed to measure and enforce Policy compliance.
